Australian Quality Council (SAI Global)
Combining the best of the former Australian Quality Council and the expertise of Standards Australia and their Professional Services Division, Business Excellence Australia (BEA) can bring to you and your organisation a range of products and services that offer world-class business excellence solutions to help improve performance.
A number of training seminars, workshops, short courses and certificate courses are offered through this organisation, with many of these being held in Brisbane and other capital cities.
Certificate Courses currently on offer through the Winter School Program 2003 include: Certificate III in Business Excellence; Certificate IV in Business Excellence Evaluation; and Certificate IV in Organisational Self Assessment.
Business Excellence Short Courses on offer include: Benchmarking and Measuring Business Performance; Managing and Improving Processes; Effective Business Planning; and Highly Effective Teams.
ACE (Adult and Community Education)
The role of the NSW Board of Adult and Community Education (BACE) is to promote the provision of adult and community education in NSW, to allocate government funds to ACE providers in NSW and to advise the Minister of needs and trends in ACE.
One of the enduring strengths of ACE is its ability to provide grass-roots opportunities for individuals to come together to develop their own and their community's learning potential. The challenges of change presented by the information age and globalisation will only be met by strong local communities. Strong communities are those where individuals can join with others to learn to create new ideas and take action that will help them make the most of opportunities presented by this environment.

The Centre for Regional Tourism Research is a joint venture between the Cooperative Research Centre for Sustainable Tourism (CRC Tourism) and Southern Cross University (SCU). One of their goals is to deliver and encourage professional development in regional tourism.
TAFE New South Wales
TAFE New South Wales is Australia's largest educational institution (and among the largest in the world). TAFE NSW delivers flexible study programs and services to meet the needs of students, industry and the community.
